Octagon Theatre

The Octagon Theatre is a mid scale producing theatre in Greater Manchester, working with and for a diverse community, producing theatre and community programmes of the highest quality. 

We provided senior marketing support for the Octagon during a period of transition.  We reviewed their brand, marketing strategy, social media strategy, team structure and pricing strategy and produced a brand new audience development plan. By implementing some new marketing initiatives we increased audience numbers, membership acquisition and supported the development of their business plan.  

We helped to recruit their new head of marketing and gave them an induction to ensure that their new team could continue to fly.
