Result CIC is an organisation filled with compassion and kindness. Using their own lived experience to reach and connect with as many individuals as possible. They support those who feel marginalised to transform their thinking and achieve their potential.

They work with organisations who put Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at the heart, providing training and advice and help organisations and the talented individuals who work with them.

We delivered a strategy workshop to inform the brand development and marketing plan and to support the organisation to grow and to better communicate the impact of their work.  As a result the in-house team developed a new brand, website and communications plan which better reflected their personality and expertise.

Jennifer was the first consultant we worked with at the start of a major re-branding exercise. We appreciated how perceptive she was about our company and its values and the personal warmth and skill she brought to the work she did with us. A great listener, Jennifer is able to quickly draw different threads of ideas together and translate them into positive, effective solutions.
